easy to set up and volume is great no problem hearing the people that are speaking in a low voice on the phone have it set on volume 2. would buy this again. also best part is do not have to change the batteries on this. it plugs into your regular electric outlets.

Could not use it with a cordless phone, cable hook up did not fit. Suggestion, you should specify that does not work with cordless
