Very happy with product

I deal with people of all ages. I had thyroid surgery and one of my vocal cords was paralyzed leaving me with a very weak voice with no volume. With the magnifier, when on phone now I rarely get I can't hear you.
Works great for a quiet speaker!

Someone in our office is a quiet speaker which has been a problem as we work with a lot of Seniors where hearing is not great. Using this voice magnifier has decreased client asking for repeats and makes them more comfortable! We have it turned up to almost highest volume - no phone feedback or problem. We are using it on a 4 line phone - RCA executive Series phone.
