I ordered this set for my 8th grade teacher, a 92-year-old nun who could no longer enjoy TV shows or movies that the nuns at her monastery occasionally viewed together. With this TV listener, she can turn the headphone volume up to her desired level and enjoy the TV with the rest of the nuns. One of the other 90-plus nuns can now more easily follow her beloved Cardinals on TV without having someone giving her a play-by-play in a loud voice close to her ear. Now they want more headphones!

Badly designed, heavier and cumbersome to use. Sound quality poor. the one you sold before this one was much easier to use , less bulky and better sound. Sorry you made the change Ilike you company and service.
