These couplers really are good. Sometimes, depending on the phone, I'll stick two or three (one on top of another) on the receiver. It may be a little thick, but very comfortable and eliminates feedback and background noise especially in a noisy office. Great product!

We added these square foam pads to the ear and mouth cups of the phones in our office. Some people in the office have a tendency to throw or slam their phone handset back on to the receiver--very noisy & startling. The dense foam of the pads does an excellent job of silencing that loud clatter when phone meets receiver. Meets our needs perfectly--so 5 stars for that performance + great price. Most of the staff use headsets for actual the actual talking/listening, so I can't speak to any loss or improvement of sound quality. The foam seems to be comfortable enough against the ear the one time I checked.

Sound quality was awful, like being in a barrel - even tore off part of the foam but not much of an improvement noticed

This is perfect for my phone. I have hearing aids and this makes it very comfortable for my to use the phone. Even my family members without hearing aids love it!!!

This did not help me hear any better with my hearing aids. It also kept sticking to and pulling out my hair.
