It had Alert Blinks many times. I returned it for refund. Then I got basic Main units without Smoke Alert from Smoke Alert. It was quiet without Alert Blink. But Main unit with Smoke Alert had Alert Blink when it hear noise from somethings in dining room and kitchen. You hit dishes with fork or knife or pour dry cat food into bowl then it had Alert Blink. I wish it would work from smoke alert like radio instead of listen sound. I wish I would put it into my quiet bedroom but my video relay phone is in dining room.

This is a very good life saving product as well as the use of telephone and wake-up alarm. It is very handy.

I love this alarm clock and fire signaler. I have cochlear implants and it is such a relieve knowing that if my smoke detector goes off this will shake my bed to wake me up. I was depending on my black lab, but I watched her when I did a test on the smoke detector she crowds down. So it is such a relief knowing that will wake me up and we can get out of the house. Thank you for making it to work with any smoke detector signal.

1. Sonic Alert needs to review the operating procedures fro accuracy. 2. The bed shaker needs to be reviewed for proper placement. Our bed is a mattress on a wood frame. Placing the bed shaker between the frame and mattress had very little feeling of the shake, in fact I was not able feel it. I put the shaker at pillow location and between mattress and mattress padding. This did the trick. Sonic Alert should investigate this. 3. Had to give a 4 as the system did not meet my configration.

Now I feel safe with the Smoke and CO with Bed Shaker.

This is a great unit. It is nice and small and was easy to set up. It does everything that I need and I was impressed with the speed of detection when I tested it with my CO detector. The bed shaker is very powerful and I like how it shakes at various speeds according to the device that the alarm is monitoring.

So far this product has worked for everything I wanted it for. I found the instructions to be a little confusing.
