The transmitter did not go off with voices or noises. Had to tap the transmitter microphone.

Got this to wake my hard of hearing wife when the baby cries. Doesn't work. As the other review says, unless you tap the "microphone" it doesn't register at the highest sensitivity,even at 80+ decibles
