My old Radio Shack hearing box finally went kaput. I bought the Reizen Mighty Loud because it claimed 120db of gain. This little beauty really delivers great sound and provides a good range of volume. I think you folks should offer an optional shorter version of earbuds for customers that wear the unit all of the time. Having the 'lump' from the excess cord rolled up on my chest is annoying.

Unfortunately the unit amplifies background noise but she will get used to it. She actually wears it now to watch tv and I hope she will eventually use it when she visits with others during activities in her building

Amplification works but clarity affected by extraneous noise. Has no frequency control like the Wireless Headset I have for TV. Since my hearing loss is in high frequencies this is not an ideal device.

Product works well for application. Had to purchase a headphone set as her ear canals are so narrow the small buds don't even fit. Happy with product. Reduced tv volume by more than half.
