I loved that it was so easy to order and it arrived so quickly. The clip is well designed and has saved us thousands of $, as my mom kept losing her hearing aids.

The clips hold the hearing aids together so they don't get lost.

The OtoClip is perfect for my 2 year old.

As other's have written, our hope was that this device (which is otherwise well made) would keep the hearings aids from getting lost. But it is not conducive for wearers who suffer from dementia. My Mom doesn't remember why it is there and just pulls it (and the hearing aids with it).

The lanyard is too short so has to be put on by someone else & pulls on the hair.

For $9.50, you protect a $5,000+ hearing aid! This item should be sold in all hearing-aid offices. It is not flimsy--it fastens snugly onto the hearing aids and clips securely onto the wearer'a collar.

Product was shipped in very fast manner even though it was ordered before the holidays. I agree that lanyard should be longer. If you attach to collar, it rubs against the neck. Needs to attach farther down on sweaters, etc. My mother is using it but time will tell if it works out or holds up.

We ditched the clip! The main thing we needed was to keep the hearing aids together so they could be found more easily. He lost 2 expensive ones before we found this item. If you just use it as a safety strap, it is invisible and holds them nicely. When he tries to take one off, they both come off. Happy consumer!

This was a big piece of junk, didn't even last 2 days before it fell apart. Very disappointed in its quality and that Diglo would even carry something this poorly made.

So far this product works to keep my mother from losing her aids. However, attaching the clip is difficult as the lanyard needs to be longer. It would be nice to see if this product could be further developed with fashion in mind. Much like the croakies that hold our eyewear.

The product may be a little light. However, the customer service of your company was great beyond belief !

This device does what it's supposed to but is awkward to use. Part of the problem is that my wife has long hair which keeps getting tangled with the cord (not the manufacturer's fault but it is a real world condition). Also, her manual dexterity is slightly compromised so has trouble manipulating it. I usually have to assist. I'm beginning to think that two monaural units might work better, They could be attached separately and thus avoid fighting with the left side while working on the right and vice versa.

The cord is too short and restricts head movement.

My husband lost one of his hearing aids the first week he had them. The technician recommended a clip and we eagerly invested. Once the clip was on, we decided to leave it attached so it is rather awkward when putting the hearing aids in. It is definitely an insurance policy against loss.
