Mom had been using the single otoclips for some time but had to repeatedly replace them when the alligator clips broke off. I decided to give this design a try. What an improvement! The cord is much softer and more pliable so it comfortably lies along the neckline of Mom's clothing. The sliding link on the alligator clip should all but eliminate the risk of it breaking off the cord. As for customer service, I was amazed at how quickly the product was delivered. I let Mom's audiologist know how pleased we are with both the product and with Diglo. If Mom needs anything else for her hearing aids, Diglo will be the first place I check.

My 89 year old father was having difficulty keeping up with his hearing aids. They would fall out of his ears and the entire family would have to look all over the house to find them. His audiologist fitted his hearing aids with very small rings. This product attaches to the rings then to his shirt collar. Since this purchase he has not lost his hearing aids one time! The delivery was extremely fast when ordering from this company.

Very good product to keep track of hearing aids. However, my mom refuses to wear it. I thought it would be a great tracking device since she recently lost her hearing aids and had to purchase new ones.
