Ordered for my mom who is hard of hearing and has dementia and was having trouble working other smaller phone. She loves the larger dials. I just programmed in speed dial and she is so excited.

I ordered the phone for a person who wears two hearing aides. We had to return it as it simply didn't have a high enough volume.

Bought for elderly relative who is blind as well as pretty deaf. Great as it has manual slider volume and tone controls for the incoming caller's voice. That means they can be left at the settings appropriate for the user, unlike some digital systems. The earpiece is very loud at max volume. Fortunately for anyone (as in our case) with normal hearing who has to do the dialling out, there is a temporary override which reduces the volume without having to play with the sliders. The ringer is nice and loud at its top setting.
