The BRK 7030BSL alarm features a photoelectric smoke sensing chamber, an electrochemical CO sensor, an integrated 177 LED candela strobe light, an 85dB horn and sealed 3V lithium battery capable of providing backup power for smoke and CO alarm functions over alarm over a10 year alarm life without replacement. The Strobe Light is designed to provide deaf & hard of hearing individuals with an effective visual warning of a fire. The Smart Strobe has separate flash patterns for smoke/ heat and carbon monoxide dangers (when connected to a First Alert CO alarm). This helps a hearing impaired person better distinguish the present danger. The 177 candela LED strobe meets UL 1971 requirements and flashes at a rate of an average of 60 times a minute. The LED flash is also synchronized so when multiple units installed, strobes flash in unison.

I have stobe fire alarm (hard wire) all 5. If i replace one with CO with strobe and smoke alarm will work for other 4 smoke alarm ? all in same fuse

I have a pretty severe high frequency hearing loss. Will I be able to hear this alarm? I know it has a strobe but I want both.

Nice Smoke/Carbon Alarm's Light Flashing, Last May The Landlord already installed these New Smoke/Carbon Alarm's Light Flashing, Until 7 months by now November, there ISSUE recently i was in Shower Hot water Streaming with door open, there got effect on that Smoke/Carbon Alarm's got Alarm light Flashing warning, it continue flashing, until stopped... I was get out my shower & walk notice these, there green light turned to red light mean warning, thought it battery dead? but not that Battery, that why Hot shower steaming got effect on that Alarm system unit, it happened. unknown what going on. I already Called Landlord, they will take care of it.. I like these Light Flashing very Brighter!!!... Awesome!... Thank you... PS: I wish they should upgrade make plastic blanket on that motherboard protection not get effect by Hot water Streaming... Thank you again...
