I have the older unit and loved it and the new one is even better. I would recommend it to all.

I've owned and used this unit for several years. It works as advertised to dry your hearing aids. However, my chief complaints are as follows: 1) the unit is noisy. A whining sound that doesn't let up. Don't even think about trying to sleep in the same room as it. 2) it's much bigger than it needs to be. You could fit a dozen or more pairs of hearing aids in this thing. 3) it's expensive for what it is. And why use replaceable dry-packs instead of ones that can be re-dried in your oven?

the lid won't stay closed tightly. What good is it without a good seal. Still use, just to pull what moisture out that we can. Manufacturer should replace lids.

Had a older model, this one is better. Keeps my hearing aids moisture free and is easy to use. Would recommend to all hearing aid users.

I have been using this unit for two weeks with a noticeable improvement in sound quality of my hearing aides. Before using this I was having trouble with blue tooth connectivity, & one or both aides just randomly powering down. Still have some issues with itchy ears that I hoped the UV light would help with.

I have used the Dry& Store for years. This is my second unit. Like everything they wear out . Without a second thought I bought a new one and am very happy with it.

I had the original Dry & Store for 11 years and it worked like a charm. The electrical piece in the lid finally wore out, so I had to replace mine. These are so reliable and work very well in humid climates! Definitely a must have.

I have 2 sets of hearing aids, both digital, one set is Bluetooth, the other is not. I purchased this unit, I put both sets of aid in it at one time. I could not believe the difference it made! I'm hearing so much better, I went back to wearing the digital set (oldest set) most of the time. The Bluetooth is for the SurfLink Mobile, Bluetooth cell phone and landline telephone. I was under a of stress using the Bluetooth, worrying about invasion of privacy. I even got my old Landline hearing impaired phone back out. I hear great now!

Easy to use. I feel confident my hearing aids are getting the good treatment needed by the dryer. This item was recommended by my Doctor of Audiology at Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary and she has high standards of many years experience having taken care of my hearing aids thoroughly for many years. I trust her and she trusts this particular Dry & Store Global II. What better reliance would you want?

MY HUSBAND WORKS OUTSIDE YEAR AROUND--SUMMER IS TERRIBLE FOR SWEATING. UNIT WORKS GREAT. HIS ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE PEG ON THE COVER DOESN'T MESH WITH ITS HOLE VERY WELL AND HE IS AFRAID OF DUMPING EVERYTHING ON THE FLOOR.

This was recommended by the audiologist. The damp kept ruining my devices. This works as stated, the devices are much improved. I find it easy to use. Perhaps the companies that manufacture hearing devices should consider a recommendation that the consumer consider buying a drying device. Very pleased with the results.

Saturday the Dry & Store, drawer model (worst ever-had it only three years) stopped working. I ordered the Global II that afternoon-it arrived the following Friday. My first time dealing with HC must say I am impressed with the service. The Global II does an excellent job drying the aids. The sound is amplified. Makes me think the drawer model wasn't working properly for awhile, a good long while. I didn't want to do the brick replacement again, however, you can't argue with results.

During the three months I've used the Global for night storage, I've not been bothered by moisture in the tubes.

I have used the Global II for years. The little button on top of the lid of the one I am using now somehow is broken. I have to fiddle and fool with it and it finally will come on but I do need to order a new Global II.

Some increased amplification of the hearing aids after the first two nights of using the Global II.

Well of course it is a redesigned product because the first global dry and store was a bad design, the wires came up through the back of the lid and ended up cracking from constant opening and closing of the lid. This newer model should have been a warranty replacement if you owned the first faulty unit. Now the button is at the front so we won't have to replace it quite as soon.

I held on to my old unit as long as i could. This newer unit has a much sleeker and better design and works just as well.

Dryer is easy to set up and use. The UV light does a nice job of disinfecting and the small fan circulates the air inside the unit. It is VERY quiet in operation and a small indicator hole let's you know the UV light is on. All in all, glad I got it. AIDS come out clean and dry.
