I bought this for my phone at work. I can now hear most people clearly and can adjust on the fly when talking to someone with a softer/higher voice. Works great!

This doesn't interfere with my hearing aid and I can even hear people when they whisper! Wish I had known about this years ago. Definitely worth every penny I paid and then some.

Sorry . I'm not given to writing negative reviews but I bought this product through Amazon and it does not work. It would work momentarily . . then I would replace the receiver and the next time I picked up the phone, it was dead. I guess it's possible I got the one lemon in a lot of thousands -- but this product did not work for me at all.

I bought this for a fella at work that had to keep yelling on the phone. It was agitating the entire office. Now.......he doesn't yell at all!

It was easy to set up, About 6 minutes from Box to Working. Adjusted in less than a minute and it works great. Had to place a Velcro Strip on the base to keep it from sliding on my desk.

Performs as advertised, and the tone adjustment helps.

It took a while to get this unit (thanks, Canada Post! :b), but when I did, it took no time to set up. There's a dial on the back that helps it work with some odd phones, but I didn't need to touch it; the default position worked perfectly. I've had a couple calls that are typically hard to hear, and with this amplifier, I could hear them both clearly. Simply put, it works as advertised! I'm a happy camper.
