My audiologist recommended this to use with FM receiver at church. Better sound when FM system is working. Also I can use it with my tablet or my caption phone. With one cochlear implant and a hearing aid, I find it best to hear with both ears. This helps a lot!

I have profound hearing loss and with this neckloop I can turn the sound up as loud as I need to. Phone calls through this and the t-coil are so clear now! I was really struggling with my cell phone: Not being able to turn it up loud enough, headsets not loud enough, hearing aid squeals etc. This is an awesome neckloop that has its own volume control and can also be used instead of speakers or headphones, on the computer, tablet, TV, and anywhere regular headphones are used. Plug it in and set your hearing aid to the t-coil setting and enjoy! I have profound hearing loss and tried a couple other neck loops, and they did not go loud enough. I highly recommend this set!

performance is excellent. I use it with my ham radio and my iphone. had looked for a device like this for years and was introduced to the device by my audiologist. Couldn'd be happier!

I have severe to profound hearing loss, and I love to listen to music. This product allows me to connect to my iPhone 5S, and just play my music for hours and hours!

I wore nozifree for years & loved it. Then it was discontinued & i couldn't purchase it anywhere in the world. It felt normal like I was wearing ear buds & fit in the population. With the clear, it gets louder on one side when I turn my head. There's also heavy static when turning both cochlear implants to the t-coil. The words from the music wasn't clear. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

This is the 4th CLA neckloop I've purchased in the last 10 years so obviously, I am a fan. The three-star rating is for two reasons: First, I wish they would last longer. Secondly, when using the loop with the sound system at two different public venues, I have to jiggle the connection to make it work and be careful not to bump it or I will lose it. The neckloop works fine with my laptop and an iPad.

Excellent product. Clear amplified sound. Battery life so far seems very good.

I really love the full sound. But I find that I need to change the batteries after less than two weeks. As the batteries wear out, the loop itself emits a hissing sound that gets louder and louder and distorts the signal. For someone who is blind and cannot see the power light, the single power button makes it hard to know whether it's on or off. The patch cord for use with a phone turns on the loop's microphone when connected. It works well, but can make static when the loop or connecting wire is touched. One can eliminate the static by pushing the phone's Mute button when not talking.

This neckloop is outstaning and lets me work with my computer, iPad, and stethoscope without a problem!
