I had mine first 2012. This is my 2nd since the old one decided quit. Glad I ordered it since I live in townhouse (2 story). Often I missed a lot of packages or someone stopped by. This is a lifesaver.

I had my first door bell for more than 10 years and it was worn out. I ordered recently. It works very well. I LOVE it.

I tried to remove the cover to replace the battery and the catchs on the top broke off. being only 1/8" plastic as a catch, I think this should be redesigned to be more resilient. or was that your plan in the first place to make it cheap and breakable. Especially when a deaf or hard of hearing person depends on this for their attention and communication to the world outside their home.

The one I brought will be the 5th one in 10 years, they do not last long and as as mentioned above the weak two top catches always break off, wonder why we deaf have to accept such cheap crap for 5x the price of what hearing people pay for a simple door bell?

I have Alertmaster wireless doorbell for many years. i love it.. this is my second wireless doorbell and work well. I know it is cheap and breakable due to sun. I will have to order two for back up in the future.

We have a 15 year old receiver and the wireless doorbell broke. We ordered the new door bell and had no idea if it will work. It did and fantastic. Cheaper than everyone else and free shipping.

The button melted by the sun. Don't buy this.

I forced to re-order it because there are no alternative doorbell will work with Clarity. So I got it last week . I put it and cover the button to protect from Sun. Hot summer sun do melt the button and disappeared. I complaints to Clarity maker. Don't buy it if sun shine your front door.

I have it at all my doors and then a few around the house! I live with an elderly lady who is prone to falls and I can't hear when I sleep. She just presses the button at night and I'm to her rescue!!!! Going to order more!!! Thank you!

Need to buy more to use in house for my husband to use when he needs to call me. Those are great.

This doorbell transmission is my second one and the button for ringing the doorbell has melted already. 40 dollars for the transmission is expensive compared to what you can buy in the store. The button needs to be a better quality one that can weather different kinds of weather. Mine down in La melted and so did my friend's up here in Ontario. No matter where we are - both hot and cold climate, the button melts. What is up with that?

This door alarm MUST be improved, MUST have new button material, like hard plastic, not rubber that can melt itself, even with roof we have no sun on it. 10 years same product and will be my third one, sigh?

The button melted, making it hard to press after the button was gone. I had to order another one. I wish there is a button that can resist 90 degree weather! Please come up with a button that do not melt.

I raelly appreciate having the remote door bell, but the need to frequently replace after a year or 2 is frustrating. The quality is very poor and therefore unreliable.

I am very pleased with the new version of the wireless doorbell. It is constructed better and appears to be more weather resistant.

Improve design and work great

I really appreciate having this door bell signaling device, but still have issues with quality. I have purchased several. The button melted and became a gooey mess as well as not working. For the price, I should receive a quality product and not have to keep replacing them.

I have had a Clarity Alertmaster System since around 2000, with which I have had no problems until one of the two doorbell ring transmitters went kaput after 15 years of service. I highly recommend this system which connects with doorbells, Sorenson VP, smoke alarms, clocks with vibrators/flashing lights, burglar alarms, etc. This is a super-great buy!

Love it! When my friends/parents come to visit, the inside lamp flashes to let me know they are at the door. Makes my life so much easier. the one I had before seem to malfunction off/on and turned out to be used over a decade. Thank you

My wife was about to have minor surgery and I was thinking of the best way for her to signal me in our 3 level home. I do have an extensive Alert Master signaling system,so I ordered a spare door bell transmitter. My wife always had the transmitter with her. Wherever she was and wherever I was, she could press the doorbell button and the receivers would pick up the signal and I would know she wanted me. This system was GREAT.

I had to put the scotch tape on them to get together. But that is the only one kind I keep on order to buy because I can't find another better ones. Hope there will be the best ones for all of us deaf and hard of hearing. Thanks.

it is a fricking nightmare clarity needs to be reported for taking total advantage of deaf people as you folks only optionas for years many many many years clarity refused to even update their clarity alertmasster doorbell ??? you folks go to hell you are also totally COMPLICI you see review after review after review here does not matter whether you live in Canada have covering above any of that you folks could not care less how all these poor deaf and hearing folks keep me ripped off over and over for something so cheap to reake and improve you folks don't care you are just wanting people to spend more money on your products and be forced to replace a whole system over a stupid doorbell ??

Diglo has excellent service and prices but this doorbell transmitter is a mediocre product which does not last as long as our 20 year old Alertmaster AM6000 door/phone/alarm, et al wireless signalling system - which has performed flawlessly over the years EXCEPT for the doorbell transmitter. The electronics work fine but the bell button disintegrates and the housing snap-on hooks break off after a few years use Diglo has the lowest prices (thank you Dr Bob Diglo!),

My fourth doorbell in 10 years, due to bad bad button made of plastic melted away. Must be obsolete and must be removed from marketing. No star for that product! You wont let me select overall satisfaction, is NOT ONE STAR. No Star for that product. Rid of it now!

We had to buy a replacement doorbell for Clarity products we have. Our original one button melted! Could you believe that? Never heard or saw anything like that! This new one better not melted. It's not cheap!
