Used the larger pad on a home wireless handset for hearing impaired elderly user. Helped in two way - one with weaker hands knowing where to keep the phone placed on the ear had been a problem - the pad provided a "target" and significantly aided in hearing.

Bought for my mother and she like the smallest of the two that came in the package. Wondering if I could purchase a package with just the smallest pad.

I actually used this on our home cordless phones and it does a good job of blocking out extra sound to improve sound quality. A very small investment to boost hearing quality.
