I spend more time adjusting the speed control. Speech goes really fast - to no improvement of a slower speed. I can't get a slower speech setting. The thumb wheel control keep spending non stop either direction so you don't what or were the problem is at. Very frustrating and very cheap plastic try not to drop it.

This item was for my 89 year old mother who has both severe hearinbg and eyesight loss. The increased volume control combined with large keys have made her very happy and also the rest of her family.

This was purchased for my 87 year old father who has challenges with his hearing and sight. The boost and the reduced rate of speech feature are excellent at enhancing his understanding of incoming messages. The enlarged buttons with tactile ridges allow for effortless manipulation. It was easy to set up and my dad learned how to use it in minutes. Awesome product which allows my dad even greater independence.

(1) This Machine Pick up on the 2nd Ring Or the 6th Ring. There is no Option for 3,4,5, Rings. (2) Call Logs are Confusing.Numbers start not at the Beginning, once you listen the message.It need to go back to the very first Massage and start all over until the listener "Erase"it fully.That way you never miss any call Accidentally. (3) Those who like the old technology.No complications.Simple.

It seemed to work ok for the first few months but over time the sound quality has greatly diminished to where my mom definitely can't understand most of the messages and even I can't understand some of them. Also it's strange how to delete messages (like hang-ups) since you might actually be deleting an actual caller. We don't really like this product much. Wishing we would have gotten something else.
